Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. 

Assay Conditions: Enzyme reaction was performed in 50 µl kinase reaction buffer (40 mM Tris pH 7.4, 10 mM MgCl₂, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 0.5 mM DTT) containing 50 µM ATP, 0.2 mg/ml ATF2 (BPS #40520) and 2-16 ng/µl MAPK10 for 30 minutes at 30°C. The amount of ATP transferred was assayed using the BPS Bioscience ATP quantification reagents.

Description: Human MAPK10 (mitogen-activated protein kinase 10), also known as PRKM10, JNK3 (c-Jun N-terminal kinase-3), or SAPKβ (stress activated protein kinase-β), GenBank Accession No. NM_002753, a.a. 2-422 (end), with N-terminal GST-tag, MW=75 kDa, expressed in Sf9 cells via a baculovirus expression system.
