Assay Conditions: Assay run according to MCL-1 TR-FRET Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience #79506). Enzyme mixture incubated for 1 hour at room temperature and TR-FRET measured at ex 340 nm / em 620 nm, 665 nm.

Description: Recombinant canine MCL1 (induced myeloid leukemia cell differentiation protein Mcl-1 homolog), encompassing amino acids 2-327. This construct contains an N-terminal His-tag (6xHis). The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
