Clone Number: 204-12
Immunogen: Stimulated human leucocytes
Concentration: 100 ug/ml
Storage buffer: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide
Additional info: CD28, a glycoprotein of 44-88 kDa, is the critical T-cell co-stimulatory receptor which provides to the cell the important second activation signal by binding CD80 and CD86 that are expressed by antigen presenting cells. While 204-12 remained unclustered at the VIth International Workshop on human leukocyte differentiation antigens, the antibody has later been verified as CD28 specific.
