Background: Mouse anti human CD2 can be used for identification of human T cells and a subset of NK cells associated with the receptor for sheep erythocytes rosettes expressing the 45-50,000 M.W. surface antigen.
Purification Method: Protein A/G Chromatography.
Source: Derived from hybridization of mouse Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with T Lymphocytes activated by a mixed lymphocyte culture.
Formulation: Provided as solution in phosphate buffered saline with 0.08% sodium azide.
