Background: Identification of human receptor for Interleukin-2 (IL-2R) expressing the 55,000 M.W. surface antigen.
Immunogen: CD25=Derived from the hybridization of mouse NS-1 myeloma cells with spleen cells of BALB/c mice immunized with PHA-activated human T-lymphocytes.
Purification Method: Protein A/G Chromatography.
Formulation: Provided as solution in phosphate buffered saline with 0.08% sodium azide and 0.2% carrier protein.
