Clone: DCS2.2
Background: Cyclin D3 is a G1 cyclin closely related to Cyclins D1 and D2 and involved in cell cycle progression. Like Cyclin D1 and Cyclin D2, it is activated by the same mechanisms and can phosphorylate pRB when associated with cdk4 and cdk6.
Purification Method: Protein A/G Chromatography
Concentration: See vial for concentration
Source: The immunogen for the mouse anti-human Cyclin D3 was a recombinant full length (34 kDa) Cyclin D3 protein.
Formulation: Provided as solution in phosphate buffered saline with 0.08% sodium azide
