Description: Native nucleosome purified from human HeLa cells.
Format: An aqueous solution; sufficient for 50 reactions in a 96- well format
Formulation: 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.2, 5mM NaCl, 1 mM MgCl2, 0.5 mM CaCl2, 125mM EDTA, and 10 mM Sodium Butyrate
Host Cell Line: HeLa Cells
Storage Stability: At least 6 months at -80°C.
Warnings: Avoidfreeze/thaw cycles.
