Description: NLRP3 (delPYD)/NEK7 complex of human NLRP3 also known as NALP3, Cold Autoinflammatory Syndrome 1 Protein (CIAS1), cryopyrin and PYPAF1 (GenBank Accession No. NM_004895), a.a. 134-1036(end) with N-terminal FLAG-tag, MW=105 kDa, and human NEK7 also known as NIMA (Never In Mitosis Gene A)-Related Kinase 7 (GenBank Accession No. NM_133494), a.a. 2-302(end) with N-terminal His-tag, MW= 37 kDa. Co-expressed in a HEK293 expression system.
