Assay Conditions: Enzyme reaction was performed in a buffer (50 mM Tris, pH 7.4, 50mM NaCl, 10 mM CaCl₂, and 2 mM DTT)containing PADI and 10 mM BAEE as asubstrate for 25 min at 37°C.
