Description: Human recombinant PDGF-BB (GenBank Accession No. NM_002608) is a 24.3 kDa disulfide-linked homodimer of two B chains (218 total a.a.) expressed in Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
Endotoxin Level: < 1EU per µg of PDGF-BB as determined by the LAL method.
Format: lyophilized protein
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2 µm filtered 0.02M acetic acid solution, pH 6.5.

Purity: ≥98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analysis.
Reconstitution: Reconstitute at 0.1-1.0 mg/ml in distilled water. This solution can then be diluted into other buffers. To maximize product collection from vial surface, vortex briefly and then spin down to recollect the liquid.
Storage Stability: ≥2 years (lyophilized) at -20°C.
