Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. 

Assay Conditions: Reactions (25 µl) were doneat 30°C for 15 min using BPS PI3K substrate,and the samples were incubated with the ADPGloreagent (25 µl) for 45 min followed byincubation with the Kinase Detection reagent(50 µl) for 55 min.

Description: Complex of N-terminal FLAG-tagged recombinant full-length human p110α (GenBank Accession No. NM_006218), with K111N mutation, and recombinant full length, human p85α (no tag, GenBank Accession No. NM_181523). Co-expressed in Sf9 cells in aBaculovirus expression system. p110α(K111N) MW=124 kDa, p85α MW=84 kDa.
