Background: Novel methylation target specific for cervical cancer. Could be a marker in the early detection, risk prediction and etiologic research of cervial cancer. While the biological role of NOL4 in cervical cancer has yet to be determined, it is possible that it could be a potential tumor suppressor gene. It also appears to have important roles in cell cycle and apoptosis as well as functioning in ribosomal transcription and subunit assembly.

Immunogen: Synthetic peptide derived from the human NOL4 protein

Purification Method: Ammonium Sulfate Precipitation

Concentration: See vial for concentration

Formulation: Provided as solution in phosphate buffered saline with 0.08% sodium azide
