Clone: Polyclonal
Background: The reactivity of the antiserum is directed to the subclass IgG1. It does not react with other subclasses of IgG, IgG/Fab fragments, IgM and IgA or any non-Ig protein in mouse serum, as tested by immunoelectrophoresis and double radial immunodiffusion. In precipitating techniques as immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion to identify the presence of IgG1 in mouse serum and other body fluids or to determine its concentration. To prepare an immunoadsorbent for the purification of mouse IgG1 from serum or plasma.
Source: Pools of purified homogenous IgG1 isolated from pooled mouse serum. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure
Specificity: Precipitating polyclonal Rabbit antiSerum to Mouse IgG1, subclass specific
Formulation: Delipidated, heat inactivated, lyophilized whole antiserum No preservative added, as it may interfere with the antibody activity Total protein and IgG concentration in the antiserum are comparable to those of pooled normal rabbit serum. No foreign protein
