Description: Human Receptor Activator of Nuclear Factor κ B Ligand (RANKL), also known as tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 11 and TRANCE, (Genbank Accession No. NM_003701), a.a. 64-245, with an N-terminal His-tag, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 23 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
