Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. 

Assay Conditions: Z-Lyte® (Invitrogen) screening protocol and condition were used. Enzyme reaction was conducted at 30°C for 1 hours with 2 µM Tyr 01 Peptide in 50 mM HEPES pH 7.5, 0.01% BRIJ-35, 10 mM MgCl₂, 1 mM EGTA. After the 1 hour incubation, diluted Development Reagent B was added.
