Application: Useful to study the binding of RBM39 to DCAF15, and for the screening of binding inhibitors.
Assay Conditions: RBM39, GST-Tag Recombinant (#102059) and Rbx1/CUL4B/DDB1/DCAF15/DDA1 Complex (#101497) (153 nM) were incubated in the presence of E7820 (2 µM) for 60 minutes at 37°C in a total volume of 10 µl. Then 10 µl of GSH-Acceptor beads (1:250) were added followed by addition of Nickel Donor beads (1:125). A-counts are proportional to the binding of RBM39 and DCAF15.
