Description: (S,R,S)-AHPC-PEG6-NHS ester is comprised of VHL Ligand coupled to an NHS ester via a PEG6 linker. The 1 VHL Ligand 1 is a synthetic compound used in PROTAC research based on E3 ligase ligand. The NHS ester can be used to label the primary amines (-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules.
