Purity and Specificity: STREPTAVIDIN ATTO 550 Conjugated was prepared from chromatographically purified Streptavidin. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Streptavidin. No reaction was observed against anti-Avidin.
