Description: The TAF1 (BD2) TR-FRET Assay Kit is designed to measure the inhibition of TAF1 (BD2)binding to its substrate in a homogeneous 384 reaction format. This FRET-based assayrequires no time-consuming washing steps, making it especially suitable for high throughputscreening applications. The assay procedure is straightforward and simple; a sample containingterbium-labeled donor, dye-labeled acceptor, TAF1 (BD2), substrate, and an inhibitor isincubated for 120 minutes. Then, the fluorescence intensity is measured using a fluorescencereader.

Storage Stability: At least 6 months from date of receipt when stored as directed.

Supplied As: Kit comes in a convenient format with purified TAF1 (BD2) protein, ligands, Tb donor, dye-labeled acceptor, assay buffer and microtiter plate to perform 384 reactions.
