Description: The TAF1L (BD1+BD2) TR-FRET Assay Kit is designed to measure the inhibition of TAF1L(BD1+BD2) binding to its substrate in a homogeneous 384 reaction format. This FRET-basedassay requires no time-consuming washing steps, making it especially suitable for highthroughput screening applications. The assay procedure is straightforward and simple; a samplecontaining terbium-labeled donor, dye-labeled acceptor, TAF1L (BD1+BD2), substrate, and aninhibitor is incubated for 120 minutes. Then, the fluorescence intensity is measured using afluorescence reader.

Storage Stability: At least 6 months from date of receipt when stored as directed.

Supplied As: Kit comes in a convenient format with purified TAF1L (BD1+BD2) protein, ligands, Tb donor, dye-labeled acceptor, assay buffer and microtiter plate to perform 384 reactions.
