Description: This liquid medium is optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines.Optimized for Use With:NF- κB Reporter (Luc) - Raw 264.7 Cell line (BPS Bioscience 79978)

Format: Aqueous buffer solution

Formulation: DMEM medium supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated FBS (Gibco #26140-079), 1% GlutaMAX (Gibco #35050-061), 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin.

Mycoplasma Testing: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.

Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
