Description: This liquid Cell Thawing Medium is optimized for thawing and plating select BPS Bioscience cell lines, including Gli Reporter - NIH3T3 Recombinant Cell line (Hedgehog Pathway) #60409

Format: Aqueous buffer solution

Formulation: DMEM medium supplemented with 10% Calf Serum (CS) (Hyclone # SH30072.03), not FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin (Hyclone # SV30010.01).

Storage Stability: This medium is shipped on gel packs. Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. If frozen during shipping, please move to 4°C for storage. Protect from light. If the medium is warmed prior to use, do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for 6 months from date of receipt.

Supplied As: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free
