Assay Conditions: Assay was done in Kinase buffer containing 1 mM DTT using CSKtide substrate (0.2 mg/ml) and 10 µM ATP. Reaction was done at 30°C for 50 min. Amount of ATP transferred was calculated using Kinase-Glo reagent (Promega)

Description: TNK1 (Tyrosine Kinase Non Receptor 1), also known as CD38 Negative Kinase 1 (GenBank Accession No. NM_003985), a.a. 106-390, with N-terminal GST-tag and Thrombin Cleavage Site, MW = 57 kDa, expressed in Sf9 cells via a baculovirus expression system.
