Background: UCHL5 (UCH37) is the only ubiquitin carboxy-terminal hydrolase (UCH)-family protease, that is associated with mammalian proteasomes. It is responsible for the ubiquitin isopeptidase activity in the PA700 (19S) proteasome regulatory complex.
Description: Human UCH-L5 recombinant protein, with N-terminal SUMO- and His-tags, expressed in E. coli.
Format: Aqueous buffer solution
Formulation: 50 mM Tris, pH 8.0, 150 mM NaCl, 10% glycerol
Storage Stability: Store at or below -80°C. Stable as supplied for up to 1 year when stored dessicated at -80°C.
