Description: Human ULBP2, also known as UL16 Binding Protein 2, Retinoic Acid Early Transcript 1H, NKG2D Ligand 2, and ALCAN-Alpha, GenBank Accession No. NM_025217, a.a. 26-216 with an C-terminal Avi-His-Tag, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system and enzymatically biotinlabeled using Avi-tag™ technology. Biotinylation is confirmed to be ≥90%. MW=25 kDa. This protein runs at a higher molecular weight due to glycosylation.
