Specificity: Detects human CD27. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same sequence as the therapeutic antibody Varlilumab.

Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Background: Varlilumab is a monoclonal antibody designed for immunotherapy for solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. It is an anti-CD27 antibody and helps activate T-cells.

Concentration: 5mg/ml.

Formulation: Sterile, preservative-free, solution in PBS. BSA and Azide free.

Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE.
