Assay Conditions: VEGF165 was tested using VEGFR2 / NFAT Reporter – HEK293 Recombinant Cell Line (BPS Bioscience #79387).

Biological Activity: ED50 is less than 3 ng/ml as determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of the proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC).
