Description: This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines. Follow the culturing instructions on the designated protocol. Optimized for use with ICOS NFAT - Jurkat Cell Line, #79668

Endotoxin Level: Each lot is tested for growth of a select cell line. All lots are validated for low endotoxin levels (<1 EU/ml).

Formulation: RPMI1640 medium (Life Technologies, #A10491-01) supplemented with 10% FBS (Life Technologies, #26140-079), 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin (Hyclone, #SV30010.01), plus 1 mg/ml G418 and 0.5 µg/ml puromycin.FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from BSE-free regions.

Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4 °C. If frozen during shipping, please move to 4°C for storage. Protect from light. If the medium is warmed prior to use, do not exceed 37 °C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
