Format: Aqueous solution

Formulation: DMEM/F12 (1:1) supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin, 10 µg/ml Blasticidin, 200 ug /ml Zeocin (Invivogen # ant-zn-1p), and 100 ug/ml Hygromycin B

Storage Stability: This medium is shipped on gel packs. Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. If frozen during shipping, please move to 4°C for storage. Protect from light. If the medium is warmed prior to use, do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable until 6 months from date of receipt.

Supplied As: 500 ml. Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free
