Medien und Zusätze
Diese Produkte bieten wir sowohl von Corning als auch von Lonza an. Corning hat alle gängigen klassischen Medien, wie z.B. DMEM oder RPMI, Zusätze sowie Antibiotika und Puffer für die Zellkultur im Programm. Darüber hinaus kann Corning diverse Seren liefern. Bei Lonza finden sich spezielle Medien von BioWhittaker wie serum- und proteinfreie Medien.
Führend ist Lonza aber bei speziellen Zellkulturmedien. Hier sind Basal-Medien und Zusätze wie Wachstumsfaktoren erhältlich. Die angesprochenen Wachstumsfaktoren werden bei Lonza typischerweise in kleinen Vials abgepackt und heißen SingleQuots. Werden diese zu einem Basal-Medium gemischt spricht man von einem Komplett-Medium, einem BulletKit. Für viele Zellen bieten wir den richtigen, bereits optimierten BulletKit an.
