Description: This liquid Cell Thawing Medium is optimized for thawing and plating select BPS Bioscience cell lines, including• PD-1/NFAT Reporter-Jurkat cell #60535• NFAT Reporter (Luc) - Jurkat Cell Line #60621• NF-ĸB-Luciferase Reporter (Luc) - Jurkat Cell Line #60651• ADCC Bioassay Effector Cell F variant (Low Affinity) #60540• ADCC Bioassay Effector Cell V variant (High Affinity) #60541Note: once cells are well-established, switch to the appropriate cell growth medium.
Storage Stability: This medium is shipped on gel packs. Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. If frozen during shipping, please move to 4°C for storage. Protect from light. If the medium is warmed prior to use, do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
