Background: Molm13 cells were established from the peripheral blood of a patient with acute myeloid leukemia. This cell line can be modified to express or knock-out specific cell surface receptors and offers a physiologically relevant platform to evaluate cancer-directed immunotherapies. The Firefly Luciferase Molm13 Cell Line makes an excellent target for CAR-T or NK cells.

Storage Stability: Cells are shipped in dry ice and should immediately be thawed or stored in liquid nitrogen upon receipt. Do not use a -80°C freezer for long term storage.
