Each batch of pooled 10-donor, mixed gender human hepatocytes is characterized for viable yield, and CYP1A2, CYP2A6, CYP2B6, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2E1, CYP3A4, UGT, SULT, OAT1B1/3, OCT, and NTCP activities.
