Pooled 20- Donor Human Hepatocytes, Suspension

Cryopreserved Pooled 20-donor Suspension Qualified hepatocytes is a pool of hepatocytes derived from 20 different donors to better mimic the average population. These are characterized for high viability and general Phase I and Phase II metabolism activity in short term suspension metabolism assays. The Suspension Qualified hepatocytes are ideally suited from short-term (<4hrs) in vitro drug clearance assays. The Suspension Qualified hepatocytes are not suitable for applications that require hepatocytes cultured in adhered monolayer.
