A consistent and robust source of pooled donor human hepatocytes is important for DMPK studies. The DonorPlex Pooled Donor Human Hepatocytes, 50 Donor, mixed-gender, is a roughly 50:50 (max 70:30) mixed gender, 50 donor pool designed to function like the average human liver. Each batch is characterized for viable yield, and CYP1A2, CYP2A6, CYP2B6, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2E1, CYP3A4, UGT, SULT, OAT1B1/3, OCT, and NTCP activities.
