Silensomes are validated human pooled liver microsomes (HLM) chemically and irreversibly inactivated for one specific CYP using mechanism based inhibitors (MBI). Contents of the CYP Phenotyping Kit include 7 individual Silensomes HLM inhibited for CYP2C9, CYP1A2, CYP2B6, CYP2A6, CYP2D6, CYP2C8, and CYP3A4 P450s, plus the Silensomes Master Control. Each specific CYP Silensomes HLM is supplied in 150 μL as 20mg/mL microsomal protein with matched Control Silensome HLM (batch dependent) that was treated under the exact same conditions without inhibitor.
