Antigen Long Description: This antibody was raised by immunizing a 43-year-old white male using a subcutaneous injection of 40 mg of Hib PS vaccine. Five days later, mononuclear cells (MNC) were isolated from 60 ml of peripheral blood with Lymphoprep. Two cell populations were used for RNA isolation: unfractionated MNC and a HibId-1-enriched population, isolated with magnetic beads.
Buffer Composition: PBS with 0.02% Proclin 300.
