Antigen Distribution: CD370 (CLEC9A) in mice is expressed on CD8+ DCs and at low levels by plasmacytoid DCs.
Background: CLEC9A, also known as DNGR1 is defined as a type II membrane protein with a single extracellular C-type lectin domain¹. CLEC9A is involved with adaptive immune response during infection. Additionally, CLEC9A, is being investigated for potential to enhance immune responses produced by vaccines.
Immunogen: RBL-2H3 cells expressing mouse DNGR-1 fused to an HA epitope.
Concentration: >2.0 mg/ml.
Formulation: This monoclonal antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2 – 7.4, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added. BSA and azide free.
