Products from BPS Bioscience require a minimum order value above 400€
Encompassing Amino Acids: 49-170
Applications: Useful for the study of bromodomain binding assays, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
Assay Conditions: BRD4 is incubated with biotinylated acetyl-histone peptide substrate (BPS# 33000) in BRD assay buffer (BPS# 33001) in a 10 µl reaction for 1 hour at RT. AlphaLISA® Nickel Chelate Acceptor Beads (PerkinElmer) are added, followed by AlphaScreen® Streptavidin-conjugated donor beads (PerkinElmer). After 1 hour incubation at RT, Alphacounts are measured.
