Encompassing Amino Acids: 1-369(end)

Application: Useful for animal immunization and ELISA.

Assay Conditions: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA.

Background: CCR9 (C-C chemokine receptor type 9) is a chemokine receptor for ligand CCL25. CCR9 is a G protein-coupled receptor expressed in T lymphocytes of the small intestine and colon. CCR9 is a tumor biomarker highly expressed in many cancer types, including melanoma, lung, breast, and colon cancer. Researchers have developed monoclonal antibodies against CCR9, however more research is needed to better understand the role of CCR9 as a cancer therapeutic target.

Biological Activity: Immobilized Human CCR9-VLPs (Active) at 1 µg/well can bind Anti-CCR9 recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 19.36 - 26.07 ng/mL.

Description: Human CCR9 (C-C chemokine receptor type 9) protein (VLP), full length encompassing amino acids 1-369(end). This construct contains a C-terminal His-tag (10xHis) and was produced using VLP (virus-like particle) technology.

Endotoxin Level: <1 EU/µg (determined by LAL method)

Format: Lyophilized powder

Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.22 µm filtered solution of PBS, 6% Trehalose, pH 7.4.

Reconstitution: It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 µg/mL in ddH2O.

Storage Stability: Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
