Background: Recombinant human CD161 (also known as KLRB1, killer cell lectin like receptor B1), encompassing amino acids 67-225. The protein is fused at the N-terminus with the Fc fragment of a human IgG1 followed by an Avi-Tag™. The recombinant protein was affinity purified. HiP™ indicates a high purity protein (≥90% pure) and less than 10% aggregation as measured by gel filtration.
