Products from BPS Bioscience require a minimum order value above 400€
Applications: Useful for studying protein binding and for screening small molecules and antibodies.
Assay Conditions: CD226, biotin binding to CD155, His-tag was confirmed according to the protocol for BPS Cat. 72052. Briefly, 6 ng of CD226-biotin was mixed with varying amounts of CD155, His-tag in CD226 assay buffer at a final volume of 10 µl and allowed to incubate for 1 hr at room temp. Nickle acceptor beads were added for 30 min, followed by Strep-conjugated acceptor beads for 30 min and reading alpha-counts.
Description: Human CD226 antigen also known as DNAX accessory molecule 1 (DNAM-1), GenBank Accession No. NM_006566, a.a. 19-247 fused to Fc region of human IgG1, this protein is enzymatically biotinylated using AviTag™ technology and expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 54.7 kDa (monomer). This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
