Products from BPS Bioscience require a minimum order value above 400€
Encompassing Amino Acids: 38-478
Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
Assay Conditions: Add CD39 enzyme to 50 µl reaction mix containing 0.5 mM ATP and 10 mM CaCl2. Incubate 1h at RT with slow shaking. Add 50 µl GLO Max to every well. Finally, read luminescence.
Description: Human CD39, also known as Cluster of Differentiation 39, GenBank Accession number NM_001776, a.a. 38-478 with C-terminal His-tag. MW = 51 kDa, expressed in an HEK293 expression system. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
Format: Aqueous buffer solution
Formulation: 8 mM phosphate, pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, and 20% glycerol.
Genbank: NM_001776
Storage Stability: At least 6 months at -80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Storing diluted enzyme is not recommended, if necessary use carrier protein (BSA 0.1 - 0.5%).
