Description: The CeCR2 TR-FRET Assay Kit is designed to measure the inhibition of CeCR2 bindingto its substrate in a homogeneous 384 reaction format. This FRET-based assayrequires no time-consuming washing steps, making it especially suitable for highthroughput screening applications. The assay procedure is straightforward and simple; asample containing terbium-labeled donor, dye-labeled acceptor, CeCR2, substrate, andan inhibitor is incubated for sixty minutes. Then, the fluorescence intensity is measuredusing a fluorescence reader.
Storage Stability: At least 6 months from date of receipt when stored as directed. Kit components require different storage conditions. Be sure to store each component at the proper temperature upon arrival.
Supplied As: Kit comes in a convenient format with purified CECR2 protein, ligands, Tb donor, dye-labeled acceptor, assay buffer and microtiter plate to perform 384 reactions.
