Source: Chickens were immunized with purified Beta-galactosidase from Escherichia coli. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and delipidated. Anti-Beta-galactosidase was immunoaffinity purified using purified Beta-galactosidase immobilized on a solid support.

Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2 with 0.1% Sodium Azide.
