Purification Method: Egg-yolk derived IgY, affinity purified.
Source: Chickens were immunized with highly purified Toxin A purified from Clostridium difficile. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY purified. Anti-Clostridium difficile Toxin A was immunoaffinity purified using the immunogen immobilized on a solid support.
Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2 with 0.075% sodium azide.
