Purification Method: Egg-yolk derived IgY Affinity Purified.
Source: Chickens were immunized with Glutathione-S-transferase (GST) from Schistosoma japonicum. After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using GST immobilized on a solid support and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline, 50% glycerol with 0.01% Thimerosal.
