Source: Chickens were immunized with highly purified IgG from normal human serum. After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The anti-Human IgG (Fab)2-specific fraction was immunoaffinity- purified and conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate.

Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2‚ 50% glycerol with 0.075% sodium azide.
