Purification Method: Egg-yolk derived IgY Affinity Purified.

Source: Chickens were immunized with highly purified IgG from normal human serum. After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The anti-human IgG (Fab)2-specific fraction was immunoaffinity- purified from a human IgG (Fab)2 solid phase.

Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2 with 0.075% sodium azide.
