Source: Chickens were immunized with highly purified normal human IgG. After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. Affinity purified anti-Human IgG was eluted from an antigen column.

Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2 with 0.075% sodium azide.
